Zasavje Regional Development Agency (Slovenia)

Zasavje Regional development agency, a regional public institution, has been established in the year 2016 by the Zasavje region municipalities in order to continue the regional development of the Zasavje region. The agency implements general development activities in accordance to the Ministry of economic development and technology, transferring good practices from other European regions to the Zasavje region and Slovenia in general. Zasavje Regional development agency connects all the local key stakeholders and has connections with all other Slovenian regional development agencies. The Agency has well-established connections with numerous development institutions from the countries of south eastern Europe and wider. Due to its geographical position and good relations with many countries, it could play an important role as a bridge connecting current and future EU members.
